s'Reindl Catering
How we built a standalone premium brand from scratch for an established Graz caterer, created a complete digital infrastructure and elevated the enquiry process to a new level — in under 4 weeks.
s'Reindl Catering grew out of the traditional Graz restaurant s'Reindl. With over 15 years of experience and more than 500 events catered, the team from Markusgasse is a trusted name for weddings, corporate events, school graduations and private celebrations. The problem: anyone who didn't already know s'Reindl Catering had no way of finding it.
The brief
The company faced four concrete problems: First: No standalone web presence for the catering arm. The restaurant had its own website — the catering did not. Anyone searching for "catering Graz" or "wedding catering Styria" found nothing. No offer, no trust, no way to get in touch beyond a phone call. Second: No logo, no distinct brand identity. The catering presented itself externally as an extension of the restaurant — without its own visual identity. No logo, no defined colours, no clear positioning. The service was premium; the appearance was not. Third: No social media presence. Neither Instagram nor Facebook had a channel for the catering. In an industry where couples and event planners make decisions largely through social media, this meant one thing: invisible. Fourth: No structured enquiry process. Enquiries came exclusively by phone — with no prior information about date, guest count, occasion or preferences. Every conversation started from zero.
Our approach
The first and most decisive step wasn't technical — it was strategic. s'Reindl Catering should not feel like an appendage of the restaurant, but as a strong, independent premium brand. That shaped everything: logo, domain, design language, copy, colour palette, page architecture. Logo & brand identity: Before a single line of code was written, the new logo was created. A standalone wordmark that pairs the familiar s'Reindl name with the clear addition of Catering — legible, high-quality and positioned in the premium segment. Dark green as a trust anchor, gold as a premium accent. This visual system runs through every page of the website and every social media post. Technically, we deliberately chose against a classic CMS: maximum load speed, no dependencies, full SEO control. 13 complete pages with individual content: homepage with hero carousel, 5 dedicated catering sub-pages (weddings, corporate, private events, school graduations, menus), gallery, about, contact and all legal pages. Full service was the core signal: 8 service pillars from catering and bar to decoration, setup and teardown — visible on every page. A complete SEO foundation: 11 targeted keywords from "catering Graz" to "graduation catering Graz", Schema.org JSON-LD, OpenGraph, Twitter Cards, generated sitemap — individually configured on every page. Contact form with image upload: clients can attach reference photos, décor ideas or venue images directly with their first enquiry. On submission, two structured HTML emails are sent simultaneously — a notification to the team with all details and a confirmation to the client. Social media management: Alongside the website launch, we built Instagram and Facebook from zero. Feed strategy, content creation (posts and reels) and community management — ongoing and from one source. The brand identity of the website carries through consistently on every channel.
The outcome
Zero to complete digital infrastructure in under 4 weeks. First-time Google visibility, a professional premium brand identity and a structured enquiry process that gives the team every relevant detail from the start — date, guest count, event type and inspiration images — without any follow-up questions. On top of that, we manage the Instagram and Facebook channels on an ongoing basis, ensuring the brand shows up professionally and consistently across every touchpoint.
The results
“There simply was no website for our catering. We had the restaurant, but nothing of our own for what we actually do most. Now we have a site that genuinely shows who we are and everything we offer — and enquiries come in structured, with all the information we need. We didn't expect it to happen that quickly.”— s'Reindl Catering, Graz

Zero is an opportunity, not a disadvantage
No outdated website, no poor SEO, no technical debt. Starting from scratch means doing everything right from day one — a genuine advantage over competitors carrying years of accumulated compromises.
The logo as foundation
Before a single page was designed, the logo existed. The new wordmark pairs the familiar s'Reindl name with Catering — as a standalone brand, not a sub-item of the restaurant. This mark runs through the website, social media and all communications: consistent, recognisable, premium.
The form is the most important touchpoint
A website for a catering company has one concrete goal: generating enquiries. The image upload in the contact form is a small feature with a big impact — when a client sends moodboard photos with their first message, the initial consultation starts on a completely different level.
Social media as its own channel
Couples, event planners and corporate clients check Instagram before they make an enquiry. For s'Reindl Catering we built both channels from zero and manage them on an ongoing basis: feed strategy with a clear visual line, content creation with posts and reels, and community management. The result: a presence that continues the premium promise of the website across social media.
